Shipping and Returns

We want buying from Sexology Down Under to feel as comfortable as talking to us. This page explains how orders are packed and shipped, how long they take, and what to do if something is not right.

Discreet packaging

Every order is packed in a plain box or satchel with no product names, images or branding on the outside. The sender name on the label is a neutral business name. Nothing about the parcel indicates what is inside.

Shipping within Australia

• Flat rate shipping of $9.95 on every order.
• Free shipping on orders over $100.
• Orders are sent with Australia Post and include tracking, which we email to you when the parcel is dispatched.
• We currently ship within Australia only.

Dispatch and delivery times

In-stock items are usually dispatched within 2 business days of your order. Standard delivery then typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on where you are in Australia. Regional and remote addresses can take longer.

Pre-order items are clearly marked on the product page with an expected shipping window. If you order a pre-order item together with in-stock items, the whole order ships once the pre-order item arrives. Email us if you would prefer the in-stock items sent first.

Returns and change of mind

Because these are intimate products, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns once the product's hygiene seal or packaging has been opened. This protects every customer. Please read the product description carefully and contact us before ordering if you have any questions about size, materials or use.

Unopened items in their original sealed packaging may be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery. Return postage is at your cost, and we recommend using a tracked service.

Faulty or damaged items

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item arrives damaged, is faulty, or does not do what it should, contact us within a reasonable time and we will arrange a replacement, repair or refund as appropriate. Please keep the product and its packaging and include your order number and a photo where possible.

Payments and privacy

Payments are processed securely by PayPal. We never see or store your card details. Your PayPal statement will show the merchant name rather than individual product names. Your order details are kept private in line with our Privacy Policy.
